A company is looking for a Principal CPA, Director of Client
Accounting Services (CAS).
Key Responsibilities
Set, communicate, and implement team goals while ensuring alignment
and progress
Build a positive, high-performing culture within the client
delivery team
Mentor and support team members to enhance client relationships and
service quality
Required Qualifications
CPA with 8+ years of experience, primarily in public accounting
Experience in client-facing relationships and understanding client
businesses
Proficiency with at least one cloud-based accounting platform
Experience using project management or practice management
tools
Strong understanding of accounting rules, regulations, and
guidelines
