Job Description:
A company is looking for a Deal Desk Coordinator to manage
opportunities through the deal lifecycle for public sector
clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure alignment of Pricing, Product, Operations, and Contract
processes with internal policies for government clients
Coordinate the end-to-end deal process from proposal to booking,
ensuring accuracy and compliance
Track deal approvals and maintain organized records for audit
readiness and reporting on deal desk metrics
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Public Administration, or
related field, or equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience in sales operations, proposals, government
contracting, or a related administrative function
Strong knowledge of MS Office suite and experience with Salesforce
or other CRM tools is a bonus
Familiarity with public sector or government procurement processes
is a plus
