Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Support Lead to oversee call
center operations and support team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist staff with complex responsibilities and ensure compliance
with service standards
Manage the Quality Assurance program and provide feedback to team
members
Conduct performance evaluations and weekly meetings to review
metrics and development
Required Qualifications
Related practice experience and/or customer service experience
Weekend availability required
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Beginner/Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Shift differential for evening, night, and weekend hours
