A company is looking for a Project Coordinator 2.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans
Act as the secondary point of contact for project stakeholders and
prepare regular updates
Ensure project schedules are met and maintain well-documented
project files
Qualifications
High school diploma required
2 years of experience in project coordination or management
roles
Experience in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet)
Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel required
Experience with 911, ESINet or Wireline preferred
