Job Description:
A company is looking for a Search Specialist to manage and
optimize their Elasticsearch systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Elasticsearch cluster for high availability
and performance
Develop custom queries and models to enhance search results and
user experience
Analyze search metrics and collaborate with teams to inform search
strategy and improvements
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with Elasticsearch and semantic search in an
ecommerce or enterprise environment
3+ years of experience as a consulting architect for search
infrastructure
Strong understanding of information retrieval concepts and search
ranking algorithms
Expertise in developing custom Elasticsearch queries and relevance
tuning strategies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a
related field
