Job Description:
A company is looking for a Division Advisor (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Support executive leadership through research, analysis, and
reporting on operational and strategic plans
Conduct process analysis and implement improvements while
coordinating internal communication and workload
Develop and manage departmental communications, policies, and
budget analysis, preparing materials for executive meetings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or 4
years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
2 years of experience in a business or healthcare environment,
specifically in health insurance
2 years of related project management experience in a large-scale,
cross-functional environment
Preferred: 6 years of experience in a related field
Ability to train and mentor others
