Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Supervisor to support
programs providing resources and referrals for military members and
their families.
Key Responsibilities
Provide ongoing coaching and training to consultants to enhance
skills and customer service
Monitor customer interactions to ensure high-quality service and
compliance with procedures
Generate and analyze call center performance reports and handle
escalation calls as necessary
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a behavioral health related field with a minimum
of three years post-licensure counseling experience
Current valid unrestricted counseling license/certification from an
authorized entity
Documented experience in counseling supervision and management
Knowledge of call center operations and military lifestyle
Ability to pass background checks and credential verification
