Start your Voyage - Apply Now Get to Know the OpportunityThe Investment Performance Reporting team is responsible for the calculation and distribution of investment performance information for all investment products managed for external clients of Voya Investment Management. The team has responsibility for all aspects of investment performance reporting across portfolio-level returns, security-level returns, returns-based statistics, and competitive rankings.   • Has primary responsibility for the oversight of externally-sourced inputs to the calculation and reporting of investment performance for Voya IM's external client book of business.
  • Interface with external services providers to research, troubleshoot, and facilitate resolution of unexpected accounting data results in order to ensure that investment performance is correctly reported to clients and client prospects.
  • Creatively improve upon existing process to enhance efficiency and timeliness of reporting process.
  • Demonstrate ability in communicating and interacting with peers, management, and customers at all levels in a professional manner.
  • Support the implementation of new business and strategic initiatives for the organization and company.Minimum Knowledge and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as part of an integrated investment accounting and performance reporting function at either an investment management or asset servicing organization.
    • Tenured knowledge of investment accounting for all commoditized asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Loans, etc.) including specifics of derivative instruments.
    • Strong analytical/mathematical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal), organizational skills; and a self-starter with ability to perform and communicate under pressure.
    • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle is helpful; comfort with programming/scripting/SQL a plus.
    • Demonstrated interest of the investment management industry.
    • Desire to pursue Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).#LI-MG1Compensation Pay Disclosure: Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
