Amee Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a government industry leader, is looking for a Navy Submarine Fire Control Techto join our Team in San Diego, CAPosition Responsibilities: As a system and equipment specialist the duties will include, but not be limited to the following:--- Assisting in the planning and technical execution of tasks within the Submarine Battle Plan Systems Section.--- Directing installation and support techniques in all areas of Submarine target detection (SONAR), prosecution for destruction and Fire Control systems, and equipment.--- Provide technical assistance to maintain these systems and associated equipment, including procurement, installation, at-sea testing, corrective maintenance, and management.--- Planning, implementing, and executing technical projects and programs for the Submarine Forward Electronic Systems.--- Ensuring interface with in service engineering agent (ISEA), system program offices and other government agencies and contractors.--- Directing repairs for submarine installed Forward Electronic systems and equipmentPosition Requirements:--- US Citizenship.--- Ability to obtain and maintainan Active Secret Clearance; Candidates with an existing Active Security clearance preferred.--- High School Diploma or equivalent.--- Navy ET or FC C Schools related to submarine forward electronics equipment and fire control systems.--- Minimum of eight (8) years related experience with submarine Forward Electronics and associated components.--- Ability to troubleshoot and assess various pieces of Forward Electronics and associated systems.--- Ability to communicate well with superiors and peers.--- Ability to read technical manuals and repair standards.--- Ability to work well on their own with minimal supervision.--- Proficient in use of related computer program/systems, Microsoft Office applications.--- Valid US Driver's LicensePhysical Requirements:--- Frequent standing, sitting, walking, handling, feeling with hands, reaching with arms.--- Regular Communication (hearing and speaking).--- Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting of heavy objects.--- Ability to go aboard ships, barges and other naval craftPosition located in San Diego, CA**No relocation assistance providedSalary for position is $32.30/HR - $39.50/HR Apply online at: Submarine Fire Control Technician - Amee Bay, LLC - San Diego, CA VEVRAA Federal Contractor Three Saints Bay, LLC, and its subsidiaries offer a diverse, team-oriented working environment and the opportunity to work with exceptional dedicated industry professionalsWe offer our employees a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to take part in exciting projects with government and commercial clients, both domestic and internationalWe are an EEO/AA employerWe invite resumes from all interested parties without regard to race, color, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, genetic information, marital or veteran status, disability, or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law.
