Job Description:
A company is looking for an Underwriting Analyst to evaluate
health benefit data and set risk-based pricing.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate data submitted from businesses for PEO health benefits
Set risk-based pricing and secure missing information
Manage data entry into underwriting tools and oversee the
peer-review process
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience underwriting medical risk in the individual
and/or small group health market
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to quickly learn new processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working knowledge of the Affordable Care Act is desirable
