Responsibilities:

Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
--- Highly responsive to lead inquiries

Qualifications:

A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
--- Customer-advocate mindset and a commitment to delivering the best client experience possible
--- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
--- Deep knowledge of San Diegocommunities from Oceanside to Imperial Beach and East
--- Enthusiasm for learning and using technology
--- Ability to communicate effectively - orally and written
--- Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
--- Independent and Self Motivated
--- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
--- Fast thinker and problem-solver
