Job Description:
A company is looking for an Existing Business Sales Manager for
the Taft-Hartley and Federal Business Segment.
Key Responsibilities
Accountable for organizational performance, focusing on
persistency, growth, and earnings goals
Manage and coach Sr. Client Managers, ensuring effective execution
of client retention strategies
Monitor metrics to identify operational strengths and weaknesses,
driving improvements and managing budgets
Required Qualifications
Taft-Hartley and Federal Government experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years supervisory
experience
5+ years of industry-related experience, with a preference for
sales experience
Prior people leadership experience required
Analytical skills and ability to synthesize information
