Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email,
and other internet based communication systems Answer product and
service questions received via phone and/or internet Respond
promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on leads to ensure
satisfaction ? Follow up on leads in a timely fashion Confirm
appointments each day in a timely fashion Schedule sales
appointments and ensure customers have a seamless experience by
working in partnership with dealership salespeople Maintain and
update customer records in the CRM system. Work closely with the
sales team to provide accurate information to customers. Be
available to respond to phone and email inquiries in a
professional, well-spoken manner Demonstrate dependability and
attention to detail Display good time management skills by being
productive with your time ? Display a sense of competitiveness and
desire to do well in your role ? REQUIREMENTS Open availability
including evenings and weekends. Clean driving record Valid
California drivers license. Ability to obtain a sales license from
the DMV. Clean background check. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma
or equivalent Previous experience in a similar role a plus BENEFITS
