About the Role:A Morning Shift With Built?In Balance As a
Residential Specialist, you’ll provide direct care and support to
individuals with disabilities in a home environment. Using a
person-centered approach, you’ll empower clients to engage in daily
life, make choices, and gain independence. Location: Santee
Schedule: Thurs- Sat 7a-3p Pay: The pay for this position is $20.00
to $20.65. Added Bonus: Access your earnings as soon as you work

Provide hands-on, person-centered care in a residential setting
Assist with daily activities like personal care, hygiene, eating,
cooking, cleaning, getting dressed and undressed, mobility, and
personal organization. Encourage independence by supporting
individuals in achieving personal goals. Create a safe, respectful,
and engaging home environment. What you’ll need to be successful:
High school diploma or GED Six (6) months experience working with
individuals with disabilities Valid California Driver’s License,
current auto insurance, and a clean driving record. A passion for
making a difference! We’d love it if you: Are bilingual in English
and Spanish Have experience using case management systems (Therap
