Plumber Installer (Full-Time) Job Description Almco Plumbing, a

announce a new opening for a seasoned Plumber Installer. This role
presents a tremendous opportunity for skilled professionals who
specialize in plumbing installation and maintenance. The position
available is full-time and requires physical presence, as it is not
a remote job. We are looking for an individual who thrives in
dynamic, hands-on environments and is proficient in both
traditional and modern plumbing techniques. The ideal candidate
will bring a proactive approach to maintaining and enhancing
plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. Joining

regulations. Duties and Responsibilities Install, repair, and
maintain plumbing systems, including water supply, sewage, and
heating systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot various issues within
plumbing and heating systems to prevent or address failures. Work
directly with clients, assessing the infrastructural needs,
providing professional recommendations, and explaining the
processes and solutions tailored to their specific situation. Carry
out installations of critical components like sewers and gas water
heaters, ensuring high operating standards. Maintain thorough and
detailed reports of each job performed, documenting the challenges
encountered, the solutions applied, and the final outcomes. Uphold
the highest standards of safety and compliance with national and
local building codes during each project phase. Ensure all tools
and workspaces are kept in optimal condition, adhering to
organizational standards and practices for maintenance and
cleanliness. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in
plumbing installation and maintenance. Possession of a valid
California Driver’s License. Outstanding teamwork capabilities and
the ability to function well in collaborative environments.
Excellent customer service skills, with an ability to provide clear
and engaging explanations and solutions to clients. Professional
demeanor and a goal-oriented approach to tasks, with high standards
of quality and precision. Comprehensive knowledge of building codes
and safety standards pertinent to plumbing and heating systems.
Physical ability to handle the demands of the job including
lifting, bending, and maneuvering in tight spaces. Dedication to
ongoing professional development and staying updated with the
latest industry trends and solutions.
