Job Description Job Description Behavioral Health Supervisor (LCSW / LMFT) Santa Ana, CA $50–$60/hour (DOE) Full-Time | Day Shift (8am–5pm) Temporary Assignment with Strong Potential for Temp-to-Hire We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Supervisor to provide clinical leadership within an integrated primary care setting. This role includes supervision of licensed and associate-level clinicians while maintaining direct patient care responsibilities. This is a leadership-level opportunity intended for seasoned clinicians with prior supervisory experience. For the right candidate, this position offers strong potential to transition into a permanent role. Responsibilities: Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to behavioral health staff Conduct assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and discharge planning Deliver short-term, evidence-based interventions (CBT, crisis intervention, family/group therapy) Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams Ensure quality documentation and compliance standards Requirements: Active CA LCSW or LMFT license Master’s degree required Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience Minimum 1 year experience working with children Completion of 15 supervision coursework units BLS certification Bilingual preferred We will consider all qualified applicants in accordance with applicable fair chance hiring regulations.
