Job Description:
A company is looking for a Travel Operations Coordinator to join
their travel and concierge operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage invoices, process payments, and reconcile
transactions
Create and manage polished travel itineraries, incorporating client
preferences
Execute daily booking workflows and support operational tasks while
identifying process improvements
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in travel operations or a related role
Experience with billing tools like FreshBooks and payment
processing platforms
Familiarity with itinerary-building software, particularly
Travefy
Understanding of travel logistics and client preferences
Experience with tools like Slack, Google Sheets, and Asana is a
plus
